Rock Climbing Outing

The rock  climbing outing is being planned by Adam. Details:

• Taking place at Urban Krag on 27th to 28th of June
• Will learn bellaying and climb overnight.
• Fee will be $29 per person. This includes rental, overnight, and bellaying lessons.

Cycling Outing

The cycling outing is being planned by Branden.  Upcoming Reminders:

• Bikes need to be prechecked.  If you are uncomfortable checking you bike, bring it to the April 7th meeting.
• There is no fee.  You should pack your own lunch to eat during the ride.
• Here are some things to bring along: Helmet (no helmet, no ride), sunscreen, layers (depending on weather), rain jacket, lunch, camera, etc.

  
  

Currently we have tentative reservations to camp buckskin in west virginia. Some good points to keep in mind.

• Summer camp dates are July 6-12.  This may change due to booking difficulties.
• Summer camp fee is $150 if payed by the end of may.  If payed after it will rise another $20 dollars.
• Camp Buckskin has an open merit badge policy (free to choose whenever you want to do your merit badges).

• At the end of summer camp '08 we will be going rafting again in west virginia.  This was a terrific trip last year.  Plans have not been finalized but we will be rafting on the new or gaulley river.
