• Advancement: Paul's Eagle palm Scoutmaster's Confrence done prior to meeting tonight.
• Brandon needs to set time for Board of Review for Star rank.
• Say Soccer- Sat. October 20th. Bill and Stan to set up at 6am. Bill gathering final supplies for this fund raiser.

• Steve Price requested his scouting Money from his scout account. Cynthia was given Ok to send him the money he earned by Stan. Note that the by-laws will be readdressed as time allow's.
• Bill discussed gift for Paula Price PCS'ing.  Gift to be given at C of H 24th Sep 07.
• Next Camp out Caving
• SAY Soccer- 20-21Oct. Bill agreed to be Point of Contact.

• Discuss WPAFB web page.
• Discussed need for Web Page release for pictures and contact information for merit badge counselors.
• Discussed committee for Wright Memoral Trail.
• Wreath Sales discussed concerns about low participation.
• Posibility of Parents meeting to discuss Fund Raisers and  web releases.
• Barry requested old useable items to auction off at the auction on the 24th Sep / Court of Honor.  Also discussed contest for Scout Bucks such as ICEE or Pie eating contest before auction.
